Plastic extrusion is used for tubes, channels, seals, protective strips, guide rails, display profiles, packaging parts, construction profiles and custom industrial plastic components.
A customer needed a custom PVC profile with a fixed cross-section and cut-to-length packaging. We reviewed the profile drawing, confirmed material hardness, discussed die feasibility, checked sample dimensions and adjusted cutting tolerance before production.
