Process Design · Simulation-Driven Development

Starting from product 3D models and process requirements, develop process flows, fixture/tooling solutions, and manufacturing feasibility analyses. Use simulation tools (e.g., DFM, mold flow analysis, structural process simulation) to proactively identify potential interference, deformation, incomplete filling, and other issues, reducing physical trial-and-error iterations. Deliver a standardized process procedure (initial SOP) and a list of key control parameters.

Prototype Build · Multi-Dimensional Testing

Complete first-article or small-batch prototyping quickly, using process routes consistent with actual production to validate feasibility. Conduct tests on product functionality, reliability, and assemblability, including dimensional accuracy, strength, temperature resistance, fatigue, and other critical metrics. Record anomalies and failure modes, create a closed-loop issue report, and provide feedback for process improvements and design changes.

Production Execution · Closed-Loop Inline Inspection

Establish standardized work procedures (SOP) in mass production environments, using poka-yoke (error-proofing), first-article inspection, SPC, and other methods to control process variation. Deploy inline inspection tools (e.g., vision systems, air gauges, CMM spot checks) to monitor Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics in real time. Automatically reject non-conforming parts and trigger alarms to ensure stable processes and consistent quality.

In the stable mass-production phase, optimize cycle time, changeover time, and line balance to improve OEE. Enable multi-line replication and pull-based supply chain logistics. Implement a digital Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with real-time dashboards to visualize process parameters, output, and yield rates. Continuously drive cost reduction and lean improvements while balancing delivery flexibility and manufacturing cost control.
